Are your products gluten-free and/or Kosher?

All of our foodservice products are gluten-free. Most of our products are Kosher/Dairy Kosher regulated by the Orthodox Union (exceptions: Idahoan Au Gratin and Scalloped Potatoes and Tater Tumblers® Original Mix with Spices).

How long do your products keep if unopened?

Most of our items have a 12-month shelf life. Vitamin C containing products are 9 months (#00382, #25313), plain slices are 18 months, and Honest Earth Mashed Potatoes (#713) are 14 months.

How long do your products keep after opening?

In the dry state, our products will keep for approximately 30 days after opening when held according to specifications and with proper handling.

How long do your products keep in the refrigerator after being refreshed?

If handled properly (properly prepared, cooled, and stored with no cross contamination), our products will keep in the refrigerator for approximately 72 hours.
