4⅛ ounces Idahoan® SHREDS Tater Tumblers® Original Mix with Spices
1 cup Hot water
4 ounces Ground Chicken (Turkey can also be used)
1 teaspoon Hot sauce
2 tablespoons Blue Cheese, Crumbled
2 tablespoons Pimiento (diced small)
1 teaspoon jalapeno peppers, canned (chopped)
⅛ teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
2 ounces Ranch Salad Dressing (For Dipping Sauce)

Place dehydrated tumblers into a bowl and pour hot tap water and allow to reconstitute for a minimum of ten minutes.
While the potatoes are rehydrating combine the other ingredients in a seperate bowl. and blend well
Combine with the potatoes and wrap. Place in the refrigerator for ten minutes to allow the flavor to enhance
Options for preperation:
Deep Frying is optimum fry at 350 until golden brown and the internal temp reahes a minimum of 165 to ensure the chicken is fully cooked.
Waffle bake in a ceramic waffle iron or panini press. This was presented with a drizzle of hot sauce and maple syrup for a play on Chicken and Waffle.
Baked: bake at 375 fan for 15 to twenty minutes checking the internal temp to 165 (note to promote crisping spritz with a mister of olive oil or coconut oil)
