Cape Cod Au Gratin

Ingredients
  • 1 pouch (20.35 ounces) Idahoan® SLICES Au Gratin Potatoes
  • 2½ quarts Boiling water
  • 3 tablespoons Lobster base
  • 2 pounds Lobster meat
Instructions
  1. Add the lobster base to the boiling water, place the entire pouch of potato slices into a half pan, and pour the boiling water mixture onto the potatoes. Incorporate the sauce mix using a spoon or wire whisk.
  2. Fold in the lobster meat.
  3. Place the pan into a 400°F conventional oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. If using a convection oven, bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes
