Cape Cod Au Gratin
- 1 pouch (20.35 ounces) Idahoan® SLICES Au Gratin Potatoes
- 2½ quarts Boiling water
- 3 tablespoons Lobster base
- 2 pounds Lobster meat
- Add the lobster base to the boiling water, place the entire pouch of potato slices into a half pan, and pour the boiling water mixture onto the potatoes. Incorporate the sauce mix using a spoon or wire whisk.
- Fold in the lobster meat.
- Place the pan into a 400°F conventional oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. If using a convection oven, bake at 400°F for 20-25 minutes
